Description:
The new Marine Parade Community Club in Singapore provides a theatre, gym, basketball arena, club, coffee house and library for locals. The swirling mosaic tiled facade incorporates state of the art pull-through signage, advertising coming events and attractions at the club.

Inside the centre, on the upper level, soaring leaf-shaped roof forms provide essential cover and abundant natural light for the new basketball arena.

Robertson was specified to provide IW60A for internal roof and wall cladding to the new arena and IBR6 profile cladding for the external roof skins. Robertson took responsibility for engineering the detailed design as well as the supply and installation.

More than 3,000 square metres of cranked IBR6 roof and wall panel systems were used for the main roof and rear facade of the exciting new complex.
