Features
Thermally efficient: Robertson Insulated Roof Systems are available in various thicknesses providing a wide range of insulation performance levels.
Different core materials: A range of different core materials is available to meet specific project needs. These may be polyurethane (HCFC Free), extruded polystyrene, or mineral wool.
Fire:
All panel core materials are supplied with fire-resistant capabilities. Mineral wool cored panels are non-combustible.
Finishes and colours:
Panels can be provided with Robertson's unique Versacor barrier coating system or commercially available systems such as polyester, PVDF or metallic. All are available in a wide choice of colours. (Some colours may be subject to minimum quantity requirements.)
Speedy installation:
Factory manufactured panels can be provided in lengths up to 10 metres, thus the roof can be completed in one operation with minimum on-site labour requirements.
Weatherproof: Side jointing systems ensure weather-tightness is achieved, even under the most severe climatic conditions.
Lightweight: Panels are up to 13 times lighter than more traditional materials, with the same level of thermal performance.
Structurally efficient: Even though Robertson Insulated Panel Systems are lightweight, the composite nature of the construction of the panels enables them to achieve long unsupported spans.
Uninsulated architectural roof available: Profiled roof systems can also be provided without insulation if required.
A choice of appearances is available: External or internal skins can be profiled or flat. |
